Information you choose to provide

If you call or text instead, the service receives the information you choose to share during that communication. Your carrier, messaging app, and the recipient's communications provider may process the call or message under their own practices.

Website and analytics information

The first-party analytics tool records events used to produce aggregate measurements. Events can include the page path, selected link and button labels, an external referring website hostname, broad device category, and first-visit or returning-visit indicators.

The _ra_uid first-party cookie contains a random visitor identifier and a recent-visit date and may remain in your browser for up to 12 months after your most recent visit. The analytics tracker does not read or send quote-form fields or photos.

The receiving infrastructure may derive an approximate country from network information associated with an analytics request.

The hosting and network services used to deliver the website may also process standard request information, such as an IP address, browser headers, and timestamps, as part of operating and protecting their systems.

How information is used

Quote details and photos are used to review your request, respond to you, discuss an estimate, and coordinate service if you decide to proceed.

Technical and analytics information is used to operate and protect the website, understand aggregate traffic and interactions, and improve page content and calls to action.

Service providers and quote recipients

Vercel hosts this website and the serverless function that validates quote requests. That function sends the form contents through Resend, an email delivery provider, to one or more inboxes designated to receive and respond to quote requests. Those recipients may include the website operator and the junk removal provider handling the inquiry. Submitted photos are included as email attachments, so the designated recipients, Resend, and each destination mailbox provider process the message and attachments.

Analytics events travel through a same-origin website endpoint to our dashboard collector hosted on Vercel. This event stream is separate from quote-form submissions and does not intentionally include the form fields or photos.

The site loads the Anton and Inter typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font resources, Google may receive standard request information such as your IP address, browser details, and the referring page under Google's own privacy practices.

When information may be disclosed

Quote information is disclosed to the designated recipients and service providers described above as needed to operate the website, evaluate the inquiry, and respond to the request. It may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to prevent misuse, address security concerns, or protect legal rights.

Retention and security

Quote requests are delivered by email and may remain in the relevant business and service-provider systems for as long as reasonably needed to respond, coordinate requested service, maintain appropriate business records, resolve issues, and meet legal obligations. Retention can also depend on the settings and practices of the email and infrastructure providers involved.

The _ra_uid cookie may last up to 12 months after your most recent visit. Aggregate analytics reports may be retained separately for website measurement and improvement.

On the deployed site, form data is transmitted over HTTPS. The form workflow validates required fields and photo limits, escapes submitted text before placing it into email HTML, and uses a hidden anti-spam field. Even with these controls, no internet transmission, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid placing sensitive personal, financial, medical, or identity-document information in the form or uploaded photos.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can block or delete the _ra_uid cookie using your browser controls.

The analytics script does not currently respond automatically to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control browser signals. The current site does not load advertising pixels.
